Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from warehouses within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items should be unused, in original condition and packaging. Contact us at info@jmpcommerce.com with your order number before sending anything back and we'll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
